Who this policy covers

What personal data this Site collects

This Site is intentionally simple in how it handles your data:

Contact form. The "Book a Complimentary Conversation" form on the homepage collects your name, phone number, email address, and any message you choose to write. When you submit this form, it opens your own device's email application with this information pre-filled, addressed to Alicia's email — this part works entirely on your own device. Separately, the same information (plus the traffic source context described below) is also sent to a private Google Sheet that Alicia uses to keep a single list of enquiries, so a record exists even if you close your email application before pressing send. This Sheet is accessible only to Alicia and is not a third-party advertising or analytics network.
Basic visit and traffic-source logging. Each time a page on this Site loads, a small amount of technical information is recorded to the same private Google Sheet: which page was viewed, a general traffic-source category (for example, "Google Search," "ChatGPT," "Bing," or "direct/none"), the referring web address if one was provided by your browser, your browser's language setting, your screen width, and your browser/device type. If you arrived via a link or QR code carrying a source tag (for example, from a name card, an event display, or a printed plaque), that tag is recorded too. This does not use cookies, does not assign you any persistent identifier, cannot link a visit today to a visit next week or next month, and cannot track your activity on any other website. It is comparable to the kind of basic access log most websites keep by default, used only to understand which channels bring visitors to this Site.
No account creation or login. There is no user registration, login, or stored session data anywhere on this Site.

AI chat assistant

This Site may offer an AI chat assistant, allowing visitors to ask general questions about estate planning topics and get answers drawn from this Site's published content. This assistant is provided by a third-party service — it is not run by Alicia Teh's own servers.

Messages you type into the chat assistant are processed by that third-party provider to generate a response. In short The core pages of this Site are static — no user accounts, no cookies, no third-party advertising trackers, no ability to identify you personally or follow you across other websites. One limited exception: a private Google Sheet, visible only to Alicia, that logs basic visit and traffic-source information (which page, roughly where you came from, browser type) and contact form submissions, described in full above. The optional AI chat assistant, run by a third-party provider, is covered separately below.

How information you send by email is used

If you use the contact form (or email/WhatsApp Alicia directly), the personal data you provide — your name, contact details, and any message — is used solely to respond to your enquiry and, if you proceed, to provide estate planning consultation services. This information may be retained in Alicia's professional records for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose it was collected, in accordance with her obligations as a representative of Great Eastern Financial Advisers Pte Ltd and applicable regulatory requirements (including record-keeping obligations under the Monetary Authority of Singapore's Financial Advisers Act framework).

Your information will not be sold, rented, or used for marketing by any third party without your consent.
